Chad Voss is a highly-educated and skillful attorney with vast experience in tax, business law, aviation matters, wills and trusts. Mr. Voss is also highly experienced in taxable matters and estate planning for high-net worth individuals and corporations.


Mr. Voss has a Master's of Laws (LLM, the highest tax degree possible) in Taxation and a Master's of Science Degree in Accounting, in addition to his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration.


Mr. Voss holds Bar Licenses in the States of Colorado, Kansas, Illinois (currently inactive) and Missouri.

Chad brings his wealth of experience to Gantenbein Law Firm clients in all matters pertaining to tax and business- focusing on high net-worth clients, but also including such tax matters as tax audits, tax planning, individual tax returns, business tax returns, business tax matters, state tax matters, and more. 

Prior to Gantenbein Law Firm, Mr. Voss's accomplished prior experience included representation of clients in multi-million financing and tax matters, serving as assistant counsel in a $1.4 million dollar Missouri use tax case on appeal to the Supreme Court of Missouri on behalf of aerospace manufacturers, representing large international companies in multi-million dollar aircraft tax transactions and ramification issues, and representing banks and other financiers in mortgage, securitizations and export credit financing matters.
