Carol M. Conley is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, business law, probate, wills and trusts, elder law and guardianship.
Ms. Conley brings to Gantenbein Law Firm her comprehensive knowledge of law and vast legal experience, practicing law in multiple states and jurisdictions for 34 years.

Carol offers a broad perspective to her clients given her experience not only in law, but also in banking, title insurance and residential real estate transactions.

As an attorney, Carol represents individuals and small businesses in agency/broker relationships, all business matters, simple and complex contract matters, foreclosure, litigation, title insurance, and real estate matters. Carol also enjoys helping families navigate through guardianship, probate, trust and estate issues.
Ms. Conley is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, the State of Ohio, the State of Georgia, the U.S District Court of Colorado, and the U.S. District Court of Georgia.
