Colorado AG sues Janeway, Law Firm, MedVed & MedVed, Decker & Deere Law Firms

Colorado Attorney General John Suthers has filed 3 more lawsuits against foreclosure firms in Colorado; all 3 were settled. This makes 5 foreclosure firms in total that have been sued by the Colorado AG for fraud and fee-padding. We suspect this a systemic problem with foreclosure firms throughout the nation...wonder if other states will follow suit?
