Matthew Dall is a third-generation attorney who has established himself as a skilled attorney in the areas of Homeowners’ Association Defense, Foreclosure and last-minute Foreclosure Defense, Credit Disputes and Repair, Collection Defense, Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant issues, Business Formation Documentation and Trademark Documentation.

 

Before attending law school in Lansing, Michigan Mr. Dall graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. While at school, he volunteered his time to help others in the ER Operating Room as an Operation Room Aid. In addition, Mr. Dall was an activist for HIV/Aids Awareness throughout his undergraduate career. Upon graduation, Mr. Dall became a private and group ski instructor in Breckenridge, Colorado. Throughout Mr. Dall’s experiences leading to law school, he learned that he wanted to live a life of helping others in difficult times of need.

 

While attending law school, Mr. Dall gained a wealth of experience in family law, domestic relations and criminal defense. Mr. Dall clerked for a well-established Michigan-based family and criminal defense law office. There he was able to hone his skills in settlement negotiation, litigation argumentation development and difficult legal research. After graduating law school, Mr. Dall moved to Colorado and immediately began practicing family law, transitioning his focus to real estate law.  

 

Matthew is well-known throughout the state as the ‘go-to’ attorney representing homeowners against HOAs and Condominium Associations. He is dedicated in helping protect homeowners against the sometimes abusive and bullying behavior of these associations. He understands the complexities of common interest communities and the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Matthew is highly recognized by the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) as having extensive knowledge in homeowner association law, teaching topics in these subjects at legal seminars. His intense training in HOA mediation has allowed him to navigate even the most atrocious violations to attain an effective resolution for the homeowner.

Mr. Dall also focuses on foreclosure defense and last-minute foreclosure defense matters. In addition, Mr. Dall represents clients in collection disputes against banks, credit card companies, third party collection agencies, homeowner associations and other creditors.
